Money-back risk-free guarantee
We provide every customer with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your order. To qualify for a full refund, please beware:
● Take extra care when unpacking to avoid any damage.
● Artworks must be carefully prepared for return shipment.
● The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the artwork. And the return must be completed within 14 days after the request is made.
● The artwork should be in the same condition as when it arrived and ideally packed in its original packaging.
● Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
● The customer needs to cover the shipping costs. The fee will be refunded after we have received the painting.
Refund from order cancellation
Cancellations are accepted only before the creation of the artwork.
● Cancellation Window: You can initiate a cancellation within 1 day after placing your order.
● Processing Time: We will process your order as quickly as possible, typically within 2 days after receiving it.
Any order may be canceled before we begin creating the artwork. Here is what our workflow is like:
● Upon receiving your order, we will reach out to discuss your needs.
● With your approval, we shall commerce our work.
● As our artists begin painting, cancellation is no longer permitted.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund.
● For PayPal and Shop-Pay users, it may take up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
● Credit card refunds may take between 7-15 business days to process.
Damage
For items that arrived damaged, here is our workflow:
● Report the damage: Please send us photos of the damage along with your order number so we can understand what went wrong with the shipment.
● Repack securely: If the original packaging was insufficient, repack the item as securely as possible and take additional photos for insurance purposes.
● Complimentary exchanges: For items damaged during transit, we offer complimentary exchanges and will ship out a replacement within 3 to 7 days.
How to return items
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
● Contact us: Reach out to our customer service at
support@ihomeart.com to initiate the return process.
● Provide Information: When you contact us, please include your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant details.
● Return the Item: After receiving confirmation, send the item to the specified return address: 199 Sherwood Dr, Glastonbury, CT, United States. Please inform us of the tracking number once you’ve shipped the item.
Important: Custom artwork cannot be returned unless there is an issue on our part.
Return and shipping responsibilities
Please ensure that the artwork is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
In cases where the return is due to a mistake on the seller's part, the seller will cover the return shipping costs as well as any applicable refund fees. If the return is initiated due to an error on the customer's part, any associated refund fees will also be the customer's responsibility.
