About this painting

A white daisy with an ochre eye sits at the heart of a loose bouquet, ringed by a pale blue blossom, an orange rose, a pink cabbage rose and a deep magenta bloom.

Above, lilac and violet sprigs scatter into a misty grey-lilac and cream background; below, the stems narrow into a dark green and plum bundle that dissolves in vertical streaks near the bottom edge. Petals are laid in thick, flat knife strokes, and the white ones carry the heaviest paint, so the daisy stands slightly proud of everything around it. Lime-green leaves flick out at the sides and keep the soft palette from turning sugary.

CA#1240 is an original colorful floral painting showing mixed bouquet with a white daisy, blue blossoms, pink and orange roses and purple sprigs in thick knife strokes, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Its pale grey-lilac ground almost disappears against soft white, warm grey or pale marble, so the flowers seem to float on the wall. Give it a wall that guests walk straight towards: the end of a hotel corridor, a narrow wall between two doors in an entrance hall, or beside a restaurant's host stand, with the daisy's centre at about eye height. Brass and pale oak echo the ochre and orange; chrome and black make the pastel blooms look colder.

Specified for entryway & hallway, corridor & circulation, restaurant & bar and living room; it reads as romantic and uplifting.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for CA#1240 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on CA#1240 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Which colours in CA#1240 could be shifted for a cooler scheme?

The orange rose at upper right and the magenta bloom at lower left carry most of the warmth. Both can be repainted in lilac, blush or blue while the white daisy, the pale blue blossom and the grey-lilac ground stay as they are, giving a cool pastel version for grey or blue rooms.

Why does the bouquet in CA#1240 have no vase?

The stems are gathered into a dark bundle that fades into streaks of grey and green at the bottom, so the flowers seem held rather than placed. Leaving out a vase keeps the lower third light and lets the background colour run right to the edge.

Is CA#1240 a print or an original painting?

An original. CA#1240 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of CA#1240 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
