About this painting

A tall navy slab stands on the left, its outer edge leaning slightly off the vertical, while a mustard square hangs in the upper right with three navy stripes and a small grey panel stacked below it on a cream ground.

Nothing is ruled perfectly straight. The navy block narrows slightly toward its base and is scuffed with dry-brush flecks where the cream shows through; the yellow carries pale scratches near one corner; the stripes end in ragged strokes. Navy, mustard and stripes all run to the canvas edges, so the arrangement feels cropped from something larger, with a strip of cream across the top as its only pause.

MA#1243 is an original minimalist geometric painting showing navy, yellow and grey geometric blocks with striped bars on cream, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

These graphic blocks hold up when seen on the move, so hang it beside a lift lobby, behind a reception bench or facing the door of a home office. The navy weight sits on the left, which works best when that side is nearer a corner or doorway and the yellow faces into the open room. Pale timber, white-painted brick and cork suit its scuffed, hand-made edges; very glossy surfaces around it make those marks look accidental rather than deliberate.

Specified for workspace & office, lobby & reception, home office and living room; it reads as bold and uplifting.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for MA#1243 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on MA#1243 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Are the scuffs and specks on the navy block of MA#1243 intentional?

Yes. The block is painted with a drier brush so small flecks of the cream ground stay visible, and the same worn quality shows in the pale scratches on the yellow square and the frayed ends of the stripes. Those marks separate a hand-painted geometric canvas from a flat graphic, and every painting carries its own pattern of them.

Could the mustard square in MA#1243 be painted in another accent colour?

Yes. The layout works with any single warm accent, so the mustard square can become terracotta, burnt orange or a soft coral while the navy slab, the navy stripes, the grey panel and the cream ground stay as painted. Send a swatch or a paint reference with the enquiry.

Is MA#1243 a print or an original painting?

An original. MA#1243 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of MA#1243 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
