You have a launch date that will not move, a scheme fixed in the CGIs and several units to dress

A show home, model unit or sales gallery is dressed once, to a date the sales launch is built around, in colours already fixed in the marketing CGIs, and it has to photograph as the real thing. The art usually arrives last, from a supplier who sells prints from stock or lends pieces that go back 5, and it rarely matches the boards. iHomeArt is the trade channel of Siji Art Hub in Foshan: 1,455 original hand-painted canvas works, each painted to order in any size and recoloured to your scheme, varied across units so no two are identical, minimum order 1 piece, volume pricing from 10, and free insured delivery in 10–13 days door to door. Send the unit count and the launch date with your enquiry and the delivery date is committed in writing.

Is this page for you?

This page is written for the developer's marketing lead, the show-home stylist or the design studio dressing display units for a sales launch: a show home or show flat in UK and Hong Kong usage, a model home or model unit in US usage, and the sales gallery or marketing suite the units sit inside. You are buying a coordinated set per unit type, across two or more units and often two or more phases, to a launch date that was fixed months ago, in a scheme the CGIs have already shown to buyers. In Hong Kong, developers now brief design firms to make show flats that read as real, liveable homes rather than mock-ups, and two show flats at one launch sold within a month 2; the sales gallery around them can run to 12,000 sq ft of its own fitted space 3.

You ask four questions, in this order: will it be on the wall before launch, will it match the boards, can three units share a scheme without the same painting appearing three times, and what happens when a show home sells furnished and the next phase needs the set again. Each is answered below with what we actually do.

Not you? If you buy art as reusable inventory that moves between listings, read home stagers & property stylists. If the art is permanent, for amenity floors and corridors of a tower, read build-to-rent, multifamily & branded residences. If you are scheduling one private residence room by room, read villas & whole-house projects.

Will a full show-unit set be on the wall before the launch date?

What goes wrong. The launch date is set by the sales campaign, not by the fit-out, and the art is the last trade to be briefed. A stager or gallery lends pieces that must go back; a print supplier ships from stock, so the size is whatever is in stock. A staging company installing a show home allows 7–10 working days from approval to install 1, so an art supplier quoting three to six weeks is already outside the window.

What we do. Every piece is painted for your order in about 1 week, then shipped free and fully insured by DHL, FedEx or USPS in 3–7 days: 10–13 days door to door, tracked from dispatch. For project orders the timeline is confirmed per project: send the number of units, the pieces per unit and the launch date with your enquiry, and we commit to a delivery date in writing with the quote, which comes back within 1 business day. Pieces for one order are usually delivered together, so the set arrives as one consignment for the dressing day rather than in dribs.

When to place the order. Brief us as soon as the CGI scheme is signed off and the unit list is known; that is usually weeks before the joinery is in. Allow the 10–13 days plus your own dressing and photography days, and keep the sample route open: minimum order is 1 piece, so a single piece at the scheme's palette can arrive first and be checked against the boards before the sets are painted.

Can you match the palette that is already fixed in our CGIs?

What goes wrong. The CGIs went out to buyers months ago with a specific sofa, stone, timber and accent colour. Art bought from stock or from a lending gallery is chosen from what exists, so the living room ends up with a piece that is nearly the scheme, and the photographer or the stylist works around it on the day.

What we do. Any catalogue piece can be recoloured: same composition, your palette. Send the scheme boards used for the CGIs, the paint codes, and photographs of the fabric, stone and timber taken in daylight, and the painter works to them. You see progress photos or video stage by stage and approve each stage before the painter continues, so a colour that is drifting is corrected on the easel, not on site. The catalogue is indexed by 16 colour families, so the starting point is the work whose two leading colours are nearest the scheme; the recolour moves it the rest of the way.

Two honest notes. Progress photos are checked on a screen, so approve against the physical board where you can, and expect the finished canvas to differ from the screen image in the way hand-painting differs from a render. And a recolour changes colour, not subject: if the CGI shows a wide abstract over the sofa, start from a wide abstract, then recolour.

Can three show units share a scheme without the same painting in each?

What goes wrong. A launch dresses a one-bed, a two-bed and a three-bed, or the same type on three floors, and the buyer walks through all of them in one visit. Three identical prints announce that the units were furnished from a catalogue. Three unrelated pieces break the scheme the CGIs sold.

What we do. There are two routes and they can be combined in one order. Vary: a series built off one piece, so the living rooms of three units carry related works, same palette and handling, different composition, and read as one scheme without repeating. Different works, one cut: choose three works from the same catalogue slice, for example Living Room works with a Peaceful mood, and recolour all three to the scheme, so the units share a palette while every wall is a different painting. Each unit's set is listed by unit type on the schedule with its own reference codes, sizes and colourways, so the two-bed set and the three-bed set are documented separately and can each be ordered again.

Because nothing is stock, the quantity is not limited by what exists: six units need six living-room pieces, and they are painted, not found. The volume tier applies from 10 pieces across the whole order, whichever units they are for.

If a show home sells furnished, or phase two launches, can we get the set again?

What goes wrong. The show home is sold with its contents, or the phase-one unit is handed over and the phase-two launch needs the same look on a different floor. Lent art has gone back to the gallery 5; stock prints have been discontinued; the stylist starts the selection again and the marketing photographs no longer match what a buyer sees.

What we do. Nothing in the catalogue is discontinued, because nothing is held as stock: every piece is painted to order from the catalogue reference. Your schedule records, per position, the reference code, the agreed size, the colourway and the finish. To repaint a sold set, send the schedule back; the same codes are painted again at the same sizes to the same boards, on the same 10–13 day timeline, and quoted as a new order with the volume tier from 10 pieces. Each repainted piece is a fresh original, signed by the artist and shipped with its own certificate of authenticity, so it will differ from the first in the way hand-painting differs, and it will still match the scheme.

The same mechanism works in the other direction. When a buyer asks to keep the art with the home, the piece is already theirs to keep: it is an original, signed, with a certificate, and the show home can be re-dressed from the schedule for the next viewing period.

Will it read as expensive in the marketing photography and the sales gallery?

What goes wrong. The photographs are the campaign. A print behind glass reflects the flash; a flat print reads as a print from across the room, and the living-room wall in the hero shot is often the largest wall in the unit, where a 60 × 40 cm piece looks like an afterthought. Hong Kong buyers, by the developers' own account, want to experience the future home in real life rather than a scaled-down display 2, and art staging has become a service sold on that emotional read 4.

What we do. Every piece is hand-painted on canvas: brushwork and, in the Textured & Plaster works, raised relief that catches side-light in a photograph. There are no prints. Sizes are painted to the wall: most horizontal and vertical works list 14 standard sizes up to 203 × 153 cm (80 × 60 in), panoramic works 11 sizes up to 127 × 254 cm (50 × 100 in), and any size beyond the list is painted to your dimensions, so the hero wall gets a piece scaled to it. For the sales gallery's own walls, the Gallery & Retail tag holds 196 works with a Bold mood and 166 with a Dramatic mood, and the Living Room tag holds 58 Hyperrealism works for a photographic read. Framed pieces arrive boxed with hanging hooks supplied, ready to hang for the shoot, in gold, silver, black, white or wood; frameless stretched arrives ready to hang without a frame line, which some photographers prefer on a plain wall.

How a show-home order runs

  1. Brief. You send the unit list, the pieces per unit with wall sizes, the CGI scheme boards, the finish per space, the delivery address and the launch date. A schedule from your stylist or designer is ideal; a list in an email is enough.
  2. Quote. Within 1 business day you receive the quote with the delivery date committed in writing. There are no public prices; volume pricing applies from 10 pieces and shipping is free and insured, so the quoted figure is the delivered figure.
  3. Sample, if wanted. Minimum order is 1 piece, so one piece can be painted first at the scheme's palette and checked against the boards.
  4. Painting, about 1 week. Progress photos or video at each stage; you approve before the painter continues.
  5. Transit, 3–7 days. DHL, FedEx or USPS, tracking sent on dispatch, fully insured, usually one consignment for the whole set. Delivery to a third party, the stylist's warehouse or the site, is arranged at order stage.
  6. On the wall, 10–13 days after the order. Framed pieces boxed with hooks; frameless stretched ready to hang; rolled canvas in a tube if your stylist frames locally.

What we do not claim: nothing is in stock, so nothing ships tomorrow; no fire, flame-spread or similar certification is claimed on the canvas, so ask before writing one into a specification; catalogue images are photographs of previously painted works, and yours will differ as hand-painting differs; if a piece arrives damaged, it is replaced at no cost once you have photographed it and noted the damage with the courier.

What to send us for an accurate quote and a committed date

  1. Unit list. Unit types and how many of each are being dressed, with the phase they belong to.
  2. Positions per unit. Living room, dining, each bedroom, hallway, study; for each, the wall width and height, what sits below it (sofa, headboard, console) and the ceiling height. If a piece is central to the hero photograph, say so.
  3. Scheme references. The scheme boards used for the CGIs, paint codes, and daylight photographs of fabric, stone and timber; or the CGIs themselves if the boards are with the visualiser.
  4. Starting works. Reference codes from the catalogue where you have them, or the cut you want us to choose from (for example, Living Room panoramic in warm neutrals); we propose the rest.
  5. Finish per position. Framed (gold, silver, black, white or wood), frameless stretched, or rolled for local framing. Finish can differ piece by piece within one order.
  6. Dates and delivery. The launch date, the day the units are dressed and photographed, and the delivery address or consignee if the stylist receives the pieces.
  7. Re-order intent. Whether this set is likely to be painted again for a later phase, so the schedule is kept in a form that can be sent straight back.

Quotes are returned within 1 business day with the delivery date committed in writing. Send the brief through the request-a-quote form with the role preselected, or attach the schedule as a PDF or spreadsheet.

Where to start in the catalogue for a show unit

Every work in the catalogue carries residential room tags, so the slices below are views into the same 1,455 works rather than separate ranges; a piece tagged Living Room can be painted at bedroom size and recoloured to the bedroom's boards. The counts are live and change as the catalogue turns over.

  • Living room, the hero wall. 855 works are tagged Living Room; 200 of them are horizontal or panoramic, which is the shape of the wall above a sofa. The Uplifting (343) and Bold (335) moods are the deepest pools; Abstract (244), Colorful (173) and Textured & Plaster (147) the deepest styles.
  • Bedrooms. 457 works tagged Bedroom, 281 of them Peaceful and 170 Calming; the bedroom pool is mostly vertical (361 of 457), so ask for a horizontal size above a headboard where the composition allows.
  • Dining. 337 works, with 84 horizontal and 64 panoramic; Floral & Botanical leads with 185.
  • Hallway and entrance. 432 works, 424 of them vertical, for the narrow wall inside the front door.
  • Study or second bedroom as home office. 245 works tagged Home Office, led by Geometric (107) and Abstract style (73), a different profile from the living rooms.
  • Sales gallery and marketing suite. 327 works tagged Gallery & Retail, Bold (196) and Dramatic (166), for the reception and the walk to the show units.

One gap, stated plainly: Cityscape holds 44 works in the whole catalogue, so a city launch that wants a skyline over every sofa is better served by recolouring abstracts or landscapes than by the Cityscape theme.

Which finish for which position?

FinishWhat arrivesWho does what on siteTypical use in a show unit
Framed (gold, silver, black, white or wood)Boxed, hanging hooks supplied, ready to hangStylist hangs it on the dressing dayLiving room, dining and hallway pieces that must be photographed on arrival day; the frame colour is matched to the joinery or ironmongery in the scheme
Frameless stretchedStretched on its bars, ready to hang, no frame lineStylist hangs itBedrooms and studies, and the hero wall where the CGI shows an unframed canvas; lighter to handle on a re-dress
Rolled canvasUnstretched in a strong paper tubeYour framer stretches and frames locallyWhen the stylist already has a framer on the programme, or for a very large hero piece where local stretching suits the site

Finish is chosen per piece within one order, so a set can mix a framed living-room piece with frameless bedroom pieces. Every piece, whatever the finish, is signed by the artist and shipped with its certificate of authenticity, which is what lets a buyer keep the art with the home and lets your schedule record exactly what was hung. If a piece arrives damaged, unpack with the courier where you can, photograph the packaging and the piece, and send the photos; the carrier claim and the replacement are handled by us at no cost.

Questions show homes, sales galleries & marketing suites ask us

Can you deliver a full show-unit set within three weeks of the order?
Yes. Each piece is painted in about 1 week and arrives 3–7 days later: 10–13 days door to door, free and insured. For a multi-unit order, send the quantity and the launch date with the enquiry and the delivery date is committed in writing with the quote, within 1 business day.
Can you match the palette in our CGI scheme?
Yes. Any catalogue work can be recoloured to your boards: send the scheme boards, paint codes and daylight photographs of fabric, stone and timber. You approve progress photos or video at each stage before the painter continues, so the colour is corrected on the easel rather than on site.
Can three show units share a scheme without identical paintings?
Yes. Either a Vary series built off one piece, so the three living rooms carry related but different works, or three different works from one catalogue slice recoloured to the same boards. Each unit's set is listed separately on the schedule with its own reference codes, sizes and colourways.
If a show home sells furnished, can we re-order the same pieces?
Yes. Nothing is discontinued because nothing is stock: send the schedule back and the same reference codes are painted again at the same sizes and colourways, on the same 10–13 day timeline, quoted as a new order. Each repaint is a fresh signed original with its own certificate of authenticity.
Do the pieces arrive framed and ready to hang for the photography?
Framed pieces arrive boxed with hanging hooks supplied, ready to hang, in gold, silver, black, white or wood. Frameless stretched pieces arrive on their bars, ready to hang without a frame line. Rolled canvas arrives in a tube for your framer. Finish is chosen per piece within one order.
Can our studio direct colour changes remotely, without visiting Foshan?
Yes. Every order runs on progress photos or video at each stage, sent to you for approval before the painter continues. Send physical references by photograph in daylight and paint codes by name; approve or ask for a change at each stage. No visit is needed, and quotes and dates are handled in writing.
What is the minimum for a model home or model unit order, and where does volume pricing start?
The minimum order is 1 piece, so one piece can be painted first and checked against the scheme boards. Volume pricing applies from 10 pieces across the whole order, whichever units they are for. There are no public prices; every order is quoted within 1 business day and shipping is free and insured.
Can a buyer keep the art when they buy the show home furnished?
Yes. Every piece is an original, signed by the artist and shipped with a certificate of authenticity, so it passes to the buyer with its provenance. The show home is then re-dressed from the schedule: the same reference codes are painted again at the same sizes and colourways for the next viewing period.
